Welcome to Embers & Oak, where flavor meets family! Indulge in the mouthwatering aromas of BBQ,  smoked delicacies and variety of gastronomic creations, lovingly prepared by our expert chef. From tender brisket to juicy ribs, and mouthwatering Al Pastor, we serve  up the classics with a touch of artisanal flair.

But that's not all – our menu extends beyond the traditional favorites. Treat your taste buds to a variety of  cooked meals, crafted with care and served fresh to your liking.

Self-taught and driven by an insatiable passion for culinary artistry, Drew honed his skills through years of exploration, learning, and perfecting his craft. His commitment to excellence led him to embrace a philosophy centered on using only the finest ingredients.

Drew's dedication to sustainability and supporting local farmers runs deep.  The name and methods are influenced by the farming heritage of his wife's family in Florida, which dates back long before her Granddaddy Oak's time as a farmer. Her father, though no longer actively farming, upheld the tradition during her childhood days.

 

We understand the value of incorporating the freshest, most flavorful ingredients into our dishes. That's why we prioritize sourcing organic, locally-sourced produce and ingredients whenever possible.
